Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about therapy and my practice
Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you might have. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. There's no pressure to dive into difficult topics right away—we'll move at your pace.
My session rate is $135 per session for both individual and couples counseling.

Life happens, and I understand that sometimes you need to reschedule. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancelations and reschedule requests. Cancelations received past the 24 hour mark will result in a charge of the full session fee. I allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session is marked as a no show and will result in a charge of the full session fee.
